Metco spray welding set up

I will give the short story on this set up. My boss bought this a couple years ago and used it a few times. Mostly it has sat covered in the back of the shop. I do not know much more than that. We had an appraiser come in and evaluate the whole shop as we have closed our doors for business earlier this year. We were told that this set up is valued at around $7,000 US..... I dont think I believe that, SO this is for sale for $5,000 OR until more educated people convince me of the TRUE value of this set up is. So realistically it is $5,000 OBO FOR NOW.....If you have any opinions on the value I would GREATLY appreciate any advice.... Reply:This unit is appox 30 years old, Metco dosn't make the feeder any longer and the gun has been updated a few times, I don't think that the system would fetch anywhere near 5k sorry to say.
Reply:Ya I talked to someone and they said it is worth more like $2,000, Does that seem a little more reasonable?
Reply:I dont have the experiance with the welding equipment we own to have a true grasp of realistic prices for them. We are just looking for a true market price, nothing more.
