Gasless mig wire?

Since I can't find a thread already made, I'm ding some welding on a dump body soon. It isn't structural, and I don't have any gas and I'm not going to go buy a tank for what I'm getting paid. I'm using a 110v Lincoln. What is the best gasless wire? Anything will help, thank you!

Reply:I used to only run lincoln flux core wire. Reply:He should be good on the gauge steel most light weight to medium weight dump bodies are made of. I doubt the material is heavier than 11 ga tops, and is more likely 14 or 16 ga depending on who built the body and what size truck it is.With a small 110v machine, you will want .030 FC wire. The bigger wire will eat up too much power. I'd also go with the heaviest extension cord you can manage to get. 12 ga minimum, 10 ga would be better. You'll also need to run off a dedicated 20 amp outlet.I'll leave the actual wire selection to those with more time on FC wire..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. And buyer beware about flux core wire it's expensive so I would go to a welding supply and buy the house brand i.e Radnor,Pinnacle Alloy,etc or order it off E-bay.Lincoln pro core 125 14''chop saw7 inch grinder,2-4.5 inch grinders,electric die grinder.Half inch drillAnd alot of hand tools
