Recently did this custom undertail exhaust for a friends Suzuki gs650 race bike... I'm not super expierenced with tubing fabrication so it was one hell of a project but it came out pretty nice. It is made entirely of scrap exhaust tubing.Nothing to go off... I couldn't even find a pic of one with an undertail...We had to do some subframe modification...Here are some weld pics, one of tubing and one of a weld on the pipe vice I was using. Made that specifically for this project... It is an old vice that I bolted onto some 3/4" stock (drilled and tapped) and a small chain vice on a bracket the regular vice grabs... Reply:nice always liked the undertail exhaust, but it looks like a crack by the tie in, also what is that welder on the left in the picture with the Miller hat on it.
Reply:And what's it say underneath the F word on the right side white board? Is it a list of things to F?

Reply:Wooooo. Nice work!Have ya got enough welders there too? Haha!
Reply:The welders are (left to right) Dynasty 300DX, Maxstar 150STH, CST280, Hypertherm Plasma Cutter, MM250X.The board says "F*** now that I have your attention please leave the overhead doors closed and the dehumidifier on at all times.Pat. No cracks, the welds even held after we flattened the bottom out in a press for swing arm clearance. I did wind up flushing off the cold spot before flattening. Thanks for the compliments guys.Miller Dynasty 300 DXMiller CST280Miller Maxstar 150 STH
