joining the soda can band wagon

So I'm seeing these posts on soda (or pop for you hosers) can welding, and in my 15 years or so of tig welding, I've never tried it! well after reading zaps post about twenty min ago, I dug a pair of cans out of the recycling bin and went to work.Dialarc HFaclow level50 on the amperage dialstraight argon 15cfhW17 torch1/16 tungsten (2% sharpened not balled)#5 cup1/16 4043 filler (smallest I have)I layed the cans in a angle iron cradle and went to work. I really like my dialarc, its old school, but its reliable as all hell and does what I need it to do, though I will likely replace it this year with a more efficient and space saving unit (HTP221dv or dynasty 280dx)  What cameras are you guys using? its probably time I join the 21st century, I think I've had this one since the early 2000's and I can't get a good photo no matter what setting I use. Reply:sailor pepsi, and zero carb rockstar and vodka, that is where I get all of my inspiration. beer is for bbq, booze is for imagination.I welded a pair of monster cans today @ work with the syncrowave 250dx, and to be honest, it was no easier or better than @ home with my dialarc HF. I had it just to the ac side of weld balance, about 25amps 1/16 2% thoriated wp9 and .040 4043. One thing, the syncrowave seemed to struggle a bit on the lower end of amperage, and it even shut itself off.
