jd2 tube dies how thick?

How thick are model 3 dies the biggest tube i will prolly bend is 1 3/4  i got my arms cut out and I'm making a bender like this one http://weldingweb.com/vbb/showthread.php...ht=tube+benderI have a nice peice of 2 1/2 tubing id like to use to mount it and i dunno if the die will even fit in between the arms. If somebody could tell me how thick say a 1 1/2 die is that would be great!
Reply:OK just walked out in the shop and measured my big radius die for 1 1/2" sch 40 pipe, which is 1 7/8ths OD and the die itself is 2 1/2" thick...HTHMiller Dynasty 700Miller 350P with Aluma-pro push-pullMiller 280 Dynasty with expansion card Dynasty 200 DXMigMax 215 Enuff power and hand tools to create one of anything..... but mass produce nothing!!!
