What techniques and settings are optimal for running vertical up gas shielded fluxcore, I'm running it at 365 WFS and 25 volts and the weld is high crowned, and bumpy. I've tried a weave technique and whip and pause technique, sorry I can't post pictures because the welds are at my school.

Reply:tell us what # wire and dia. I don't think any of the fcaw wires are meant to whip and pause though. |
