Any ideas on a gate I could make to go with existing two gates?

I have two gates I had made for end of driveway as we bought a fifth wheel a few years ago, and needed to be able to get it in and out of back of place, now have a bigger fifth wheel and to make it easier backing in I want to widen the opening, as I can be almost in but truck will come against the gate on passenger side, I can only back in from one direction due to how the opening is and the narrow alley, so here is a couple pictures of existing gates, and one showing piece I want to remove, but it is only for fifth wheel, will want it to stay put and only open the two for wifes car, the third one will have to attach to the existing gate like a bifold I guess you would call it, new fence has been done, just did not have a picture of new one.Hope this is clear, any ideas of what material to use?I believe the ones made are 1 3/8" material with chain link.
Reply:That's an easy fix.  If you can't do it  local fence company that installs chainlink fencing can.Move one of the gate posts to where it would be ideal for your maneuvering.  Measure the old opening first of course, then measure the new opening.  You can a new gate made that is the difference between the old and new opening's measurement.  Let's say the existing opening is 192" inside to inside of gate posts and each gate frame is 92" outside to outside, hinge and latch spacing remember?The new opening inside to inside is 240".  If you want to keep and use one gate, great idea btw, then you subtract that measurement, 92" and the latch and hinge clearances, 8" from the 240".  Your new gate will need to be 140" outside to outside frame measurement.  You can have the fence company make the gate.  You can cut one of the gates and add the additional measurement to it yourself and then recover it with chainlink material.  Or you can make two new gates that are equal.Since you seem to be confused by the challenge my best advice would be to talk to a fence company about fixing it for you.One caveat, I'm old and lose numbers so if one of the perfects on the board find a math issue, hope it makes their day.life is good
