So my buddy bought a used supercharger kit off ebay, when he got the kit it was short one of these reducers. After getting the price from the manufacture for a replacement (YIKES!!) he brings me the other one and a hunk of 6" long 4" dia. 6061 aluminum. Few hours later I hand him both and tell him to tell me which is the original. (sorry for the crappy pics he had to send them to me from his iphone)Dimensions are 4" OD 1" long to 3 1/2" OD 1" long 3 7/8" ID with a 15* taper on the large end. The ID took the longest because the biggest drill I have is 1" and had to bore the rest.If you cant fix it with a hammer, it must be an electrical problem."Boy, everyone starts with a full bag of luck and an empty bag of experience. The trick is to fill the bag of experience before the bag of luck is empty."-Grandad circa 1990ish |
