Test weight manufacturing

I WANT TO MANUFACTURE SOME TEST WEIGHTS OF 5T TO 1T, BUT NOT FROM CAST. INSTEAD I WANT THICK METAL SHEETS TO PLACE ONE ON TOP OF THE OTHER AND GET WELDED. IF THE SHEET THICKNESS IS 100mm AND ABOVE, I'D LIKE TO KNOW HOW CAN IT BE WELDED WITHOUT GAPS OR BUBBLES IN THE MIDDLE AND THE POSSIBILITY AND SUCCESS RATE .THANKS IN ADVANCE

Reply:Everyone is probably sitting at a computer with their ear plugs removed. There is no need to scream  , i.e turn off the caps lock
