Hi guys! New here, just thought I would show ya'll a little project I made awhile back. It is life size horseshoe cactus. It stands just over 6" tall and uses an old harrow disk as the base. I left the nails in the shoes and faced them outward to look like spines. I have done quite a few things with horseshoes and will post some more pics ya'll are interested. Welded it up on the ole' Dialarc with 6010. Hope I did the pictures right .Oh, I am looking to sell it, how do you go about pricing something like this? I am not looking to make a huge profit of this particular item or anything, just would like to know for future projects.
Reply:Looks neat, the nails do accent it. That is a lot of horseshoes. Horseshoe art can be interesting.

Reply:Very cool work! Like BD1, I think the nails really set it off...pretty realistic.

Reply:You need to find some artsy dealer in L.A., S.F. etc to sell it for you. They are going to want at least 50% commission thoughTiger Sales: AHP Distributor www.tigersalesco.comAHP200x; AHP 160ST; MM350P, Spoolmatic 30A; Everlast PowerTig 185; Thermal Dynamics 60i plasma. Reply:Put it for sale and ask a ridiculous amount and someone will pay it, ask a fair amount and noone will want it. Reply:Thanks for all the feedback guys! I appreciate it! I have put it on craigslist but got nothing, I think I will take it down to this local store that sells all types of stuff like this and see if they would want to sell it.
