Hi guys         Just a heads up ,i was into my local praxair today looking(drooling) over a new precision tig225 and the rep for lincoln said buy before the 15th of april as Lincoln is   upping their prices and I checked with the miller guy and he said Miller  prices go up on the 15th also              So grab em now              FelonCaution lurker lives here" hmmm That is serious,pass the ganja and pick up a  24 of MGD"

I did it right I think my $ will be going down on April 15... so no new toys this year.Where is FB to complain about taxes this year... I think that big project has him by the  cajones and he is too bizee making $ to worry about how much us Dems plan to take from him   If the FedralGovt closes does that mean the Senators and Congresses Pension will  be worthless?  Seems fair to me.Wait till some Lincoln or Miller  rep wants Cabrito (goat meat) for his company BBQ. Reply:The military will accrue pay and allowances but they may be DELAYED by a shutdown. (I was AD through the last one in '95.)Retired pay will supposedly be unaffected, but I'm waiting to see if the workers who PROCESS it will be affected thus delaying it.

Reply:RBeckett, one thing U  can rely on, our Govt checks for inflation regularly and there is NO inflation so they say... don't expect any increase in the check.    Oh well, eventually folks will be grateful if there is no decrease.
