Miller Syncrowave 251dx help!

Hey all, I just purchased my first tig machine off craigslist. When I got it back to my shop and plugged it in it dropped a code reading HLP in the top display and -10 in the lower. I didn't get the owners manual with the machine, any help would be seriously appreciated!Thanks
