selling a used sp100?

just curious as to how much i should ask for my lincoln arc sp-100 welderits old, how old im not sure,how much do these go for used?thanks
Reply:I bought mine used for $100 and it was in very good shape probably hadn't had a whole 10# spool run through it yet.  The guy I got it from bought it for $100 and I asked if he wanted his money back and he took it.  I would've gave more, great little machines.  If it's in decent shape you should be able to get $200 out of it.  Found a refurbished one on ebay for $400 with a regulator.DewayneDixieland WeldingMM350PLincoln 100Some torchesOther misc. tools
Reply:yup thats what mine looks likeit has not been used in a very long time. so im sure its still in fine working conditionits just been sitting in my garage for like 7 yrs unused collecting dust... time to get rid of it, as i have no use for it, im goin into construction, not autobody anymore...so i guess ill try to get a bill and a half for it, maybe 2 billsanyone else have ant input on what these go for used?thx

Reply:my first sp 100 beleave it or not i paid nothing for the guy who owned asked mr to haulit away cuss it didn't work right, lol once home i plug it in and turned down the wire speed, i still use it alot today, my second one i bought last year for a 100 dollors, came with a co2 setup,just not installed, so i installed it and bought a new liner for soild wire, it also works grat for small jobs i want to look good. oh byr the way my first one i've had for almost ten years and i've eun many 10 pounds spools thru it, with only replaceing the trigger once, what a great little machine.
