Reply:Wow.  That's amazing!  I've seen some of your other works (not one that didn't drop my jaw) and this is the first one I've commented on because usually by the time I see them you've had 500 replies about how awesome they are.  I'm sure you don't get tired of all the praise though.  Nice work. How do you accumulate all the parts for your projects?  Do you have a huge stockpile?  Do you buy stuff from the salvage yard or from dealerships/repair shops?  I'm not expecting you to reveal any secrets but I would like to try my hand at some scrap metal art and I don't really know where to start.  Thanks for any info.

Reply:Originally Posted by ironheart_ramthanks for the kind comment i got my scrap materials from small junkshops here, some from auto repair shop and others from my friends who donate their non working and  broken PC, printers,  ovens, toasters , washing machines and other house appliances ... i dont have  huge stockpiles i just gathered scraps when i needed...when i first try  making this i started with my own scraps in the shop..i build a small bike. and for that project i used very small amount of discarded materials..you can do the same.take a little steps at a time.. you'll enjoy doing it and am sure you'll do morecheers.Mario

Reply:AWESOME buddy !!    You may have to build a cage to hold all those critters in. So glad to see you are moving forward. I cannot imagine your devastation and how you and the family handled it. Looking forward to your next creation. Can you build anything square with 90 or 45 degree joints  ???
Reply:Mario,I thought Rhinos had a bevel gear on their butt, not a straight gear.  Regards.  Hope you and yours are recovering from the storm."USMCPOP" First-born son: KIA  Iraq 1/26/05Syncrowave 250 w/ Coolmate 3Dialarc 250, Idealarc 250SP-175 +Firepower TIG 160S (gave the TA 161 STL to the son)Lincwelder AC180C (1952)Victor & Smith O/A torchesMiller spot welder
