Miller 375 air pressure

Tell me about the air pressure on a Miller Spectrum 375 Cutmate.  It says "60 psi" on the control panel, with a range in green lines.  But when I set it in the range the light on the face for pressure lights up and the machine doesnt work.  If I put it up to 70 or 80 psi it works.  Whats the deal here?

Reply:its is built in, but manual...the xtremes are auto.

Reply:Is this a new unit,  I purchased one this past spring and had the same problem  had to go back under warranty.  Apparently a cannon type plug inside came undone in shipment  works fine now.
Reply:No, it is an older unit.  Also doesnt cut as well as it use too, tip looks good
Reply:Also noticed that when I hook up the air to the plasma cutter that it sounds like it is leaking inside the cover...
