Need info on this welder?

I put this on one of the other boards,wondered if anyone over here has any info.There are no numbers on the face plate its new I changed it out several years ago and didn't think to keep it much less write the numbers down.See what you think.Looking for age,actual name(not sure about the weldan name on frontone of you guys will know I'm sure
