Reply:Thanks everyone for the kind words! I'm deleting the other thread with the rest of the pics and putting them hereThat exhaust tip I was going to make more but my girl was like but I wanna be the one one with a heart tip from you, haha so I was like ok, and it saves me alot of work, the heart itself is made outOf 4 pieces aluminum grand, sand, polish ect took a little while to make hahaRest of picsA carb for a polaris sportman 500 I fixed, ear broke that holds the float on my fathers quad, figured before buying a new one see if I can fix this one first of not we needed a new one anyway, and I was able to fix it, and it worksRoseMade a plate for the front of my buddies ram to hide the train horns mounted behind the front bumper Made this for my 05 silverado ss cover to hide the coolant over flow, thought it would clean it up a bit and hide the plastic one  a oil tank for a guys supercharged truckAnd flanges and gaskets I made for the headers on my truck
Reply:You do some awesome work man! if you don't mind me asking how are u cutting the metal plate on these projects..... you guys have a waterjet or on a plasma? Im trying to do little things similar the projects you shown but im wondering if I should take the plans to a laser cutter/ water jet or invest in a plasma.
Reply:Thanks man! The flanges were made using a CNC haas with different endmills and the sheetmetal work was used on a turret punch machine or a CNC milling machine,
