Here is a wind mill I built I cut the blade and tail on my plasma table.  I used small ball bearing on the blade and one ball on top of the upright so it would spin easy.I cut 2 sizes the one in the video is 13" and the other is a 16".  Built a jig to hold the cut out blade so I could shape the blades with out distorting the formher is the video of the first test.
