checking RPM's on F162

I have a 59 redface, went to set ovc's, they where runing around 81, increased rpm's to set ovc at 92, seames like the engine is running to fast to give me my 92 ovc. question is how can I check my RPM's and what should they be for this engine ( f162 continental) next question would be if engine is set at correct rpm's but ovc's are low would this mean I have a generator problem? It seams to weld very good at this seting (81) but this machine will be used for pipe welding and the company inspector likes them to run 93 to 96 ovc's . any info would be great Thanks Dave
Reply:I don't like to push chinese tools, but if you have a HF store near, get the photo-tach.
