I started this thread in the introductions but I think it might get more visibility here. Plus I think I have some more information that might help.Attached is the schematic. We have replaced the diodes in the rectifier with 35 amp 600V diodes. But do not know what the thermistor across the bridge does or what type or value it is? The power plant / generator portion works but have not tried the welder yet because we have not included the thermistor. Do similar models have a thermistor?It is an Airco model 1350-5102, Wasp IIIE 180 amp welder and 5kw generator.The rectifier assembly is an Airco P/N 1370-0046The regulator is marked Generac P/N XXXXXXXIs this regulator used in other Generac models or is there a Generac rectifier used with it? Did Generac make welders?I need to get the regulator part number yet. Attached Images
