I found some cast 304 stainless pipe couplings. Can these be easily welded and used for bungs on a tig cooler water tank???
Reply:I haven't had any problems in the past welding on cast 304 pipe couplings. I'm guessing you won't have any problems either.
Reply:A good casting will weld just fine. I use these 304 SS cast flanges to build headers. Dynasty 300DXSmith He/Ar gas mixerMM350PHobart Handler 120Smith LW7, MW5, AW1A
