Miller Spectrum 875 pressure problems

Got a new Spectrum 875 with 50' torch today at work, hooked up the Miller air filter to it and went to try to cut and the pressure light comes on, tried without the regulator still nothing, so fired up the big compressor (450cfm 150 psi).  With that one online still had the same issue, disconnect the filter and works like a champ.  What the heck is wrong? Filter is pointed the correct direction, and nothing blocking the filter.  Is there a regulator on the unit? I know it requires a minimum of 90psi and 7 cfm i think we have that part covered.  I just dont want to destroy tips by not running the filter.  Any suggestions? We went from a 375 up to this and the difference is unreal! Plus the 50' torch and leather sheath are nice too.
