Need to get some consumables for my old Lincoln Idealarc SP-200. Below are some pics. It's a Tweco gun but I can't find a number on it. It currently has a 52FN gas diffuser, a CT75 nozzle and KP14-35 tip. I'm thinking it's a #2 or #3. What say you? Attached ImagesGraysOrnamentalIron.com
Reply:Very likely a 250 amp classic. A 400 amp could have 250 amp consumables put on it.Sure fire way is the liner.....42 series is 250,44 series is 400.Stamped in fine print around the brass piece on the end of the liner at the back end.Not sure what the CT75 is but by using a 52FN it would use 23 series nozzlesLast edited by vwguy3; 01-14-2016 at 03:50 PM.

Reply:Edited previous post was incorrect. The 24CT75 is a Coarse Thread nozzle looks like it is used on higher amp mig guns. This chart shows the No. 4 consumables (middle) and tips below which correspond to the diffuser you're using. http://victortechnologies.com/IM_Upl...-%204-8-08.pdfLast edited by weldinON; 01-14-2016 at 05:14 PM. |
