Like this Maybe 500 pieces to start. Inserts in molded control case and keeps the lock from turning due to the flats on each side. 3/4 dia. -/+ 1/4 thick I can make a proper drawing.Gouse under the chrome lock ring(hole in case too big
Reply:A cheap 3d printer could turn them out for ya' and be plenty strong for the intended use, of course it wouldn't be all that fast but probably cheaper than regular injection molded parts unless you can find and existing part that would fit the bill.
