I have a PT375 can only scratch start,noticed no fan operation and no power to lower plug on rear which feeds the water pump. noticed to late and burnt torch hoses.looking for any advice??? in HI and limited on help here!!!! any suggestions?? seen a old post but no solution or repair noted...

Reply:There is only 1 circuit breaker on the rear for the upper plug and it's closed and only showing 63.5v lower plug only showing 6.3v
Reply:Went back and re- measured upper outlet and realized it's half of normal household line voltage so checked home voltage input..it's OK at 230v went back to the unit and discovered the PT375 had the shunt set at 408v....big *** smile on my face!!!...all Good everything came back online as Lincoln designed...just had this unit serviced and checked in CA complete before it was shipped here,they never switched the shunt back to 230v was tested at 408v as Lincoln ships them out... "Fog in the cocpit" on my behalf only drag is I waisted a torch hose. thanks for your help Shovelton.
