Reply:Not bad at all. If I was in the area I'd probably grab some. It costs me about $20 / ballast to retrofit the older 4 tube lights in the shop. I've still got 25 to do between the shop and the barn, and more if we expand the shop into the older section..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size.
