Just bought my new machine and have a question. If I need to change the liner in the gun if I am going to use .030 wire all the time? Is there anything else I should do. I did change the roller drives. Thanx Jeff
Reply:I've never found the need to change yet. I suppose that if you knew for certain that you were never going to go larger than .030, then you might get a slightly more consitant feed at warp six using the smaller liner. The feed system is such that there are very few problems to begin with. Personally I think you are going to find you will want to run some .035 &/or .045 flux core sooner than you think.
