"ACE is the place"

Finished a little project the other day. A variation on the "ACE" logo. My boss at work liked it well enough to display it. Every component is something we sell there at the hardware store. Although I found almost all of it while walking...Fun project and I suspect I might use this technique again. Tip o' the hat to Scott, (Bucket of Bolts). Second photo is at the store.(Retired) Professional firefighter, amateur everything else I try to do...Oh yeah:  Go Big Red!   (You know: one of the 12 members of the Big 10 cuz we left the 10 members of the Big 12...)

Reply:I don't know what is in the rest of the store , but the nut and bolt isle looks fantastic , there must not be a big box store near by trying to put you out of business.

Reply:Nice display!I was looking for a bolt for the loader one day. I needed a 10x30-1.0 bolt. No big box store had it. Stopped by an Ace hardware. Tell the guy what I need. He goes down the isle and says. What grade, do you need stainless?  I laughed and said "how can you have all those choices in a metric bolt?" He looks at me and says "I'm serious about hardware."  Never questioned him again. Just thanked him and recommended him to others.

Reply:Strube does this follow the guidelines for ace logos outlined on acenet.. LolIt looks really good, Forhire makes a good point corporate is usually very supportive of homegrown marketing ideas.
