Here is a comparison of two sets of drive rolls that are the same size. I wonder why there is a difference?"Where's Stick man????????" - 7A749"SHHHHHH!! I sent him over to snag that MIC-4 while tbone wasn't looking!" - duaneb55"I have bought a few of Tbone's things unlike Stick-Man who helps himself" - TozziWelding"Stick-man"
Reply:Yep,You need a shim for that "narrower" drive roller.
Reply:Nope, didn't get any shims. I actually don't know that I have ever seen a shim like that."Where's Stick man????????" - 7A749"SHHHHHH!! Reply:Ok, so where can I find the proper shims? And, that doesn't answer why the two sets, which are both labeled for all three same size wires, are made different. Why would one set use shims and not the other?"Where's Stick man????????" - 7A749"SHHHHHH!! Reply:Im not sure but I think that the one set is for MS solit wire and the other for soften wire.
