Work shirt for shop

I'm trying to hunt down a good model of short sleeve industrial work shirt to standardize on as a uniform for myself in my little fab shop. I want something light weight, because I work in a hot climate, and something like a dark charcoal that's not going to show grime stains. I also want something that's 100% cotton, because although I don't make a habit of it, I do occasionally throw a few tacks down without throwing my long sleeve welding shirt on over my normal short sleeve shirt.This doesn't seem like something that's too difficult to ask - but I'm having a tough time finding such a thing in stock anywhere!I looked to Dickies first. They have a work shirt, model LS307, that's all cotton - but no one seems to have it in stock in my size.Anybody in a similarly hot climate with no a/c, what model are you using for a uniform?
Reply:I have been buying uniform work shirts from ebay seller workwearoutlet  I usually get "seconds" or used shirts and remove the patches. I see that right now they don't have any seconds listed. For that matter they aren't the only seller out there anyway. They aren't 100% cotton but I only have a few that I have melted or burned holes in. Its really not an issue for me. If I'm doing anything serious I wear a welding jacket.Lincolin Power Wave 450, Lincoln Powermig 255, Lincoln Pro Mig 140, Lincoln Squarewave Tig 275, Miller Big 40 G(with Hobart Hefty suitcase), Thermal Arc 95S and Esab PCM875 in an already full machine shop.

Reply:Yes you want a Red Kap SC70 shirt. Heavyweight but softie all cotton shirt. Unless you are short get the long version in your regular size. They shrink for forever and if you get regular length about a year into wearing them the sleeves will be real short.
