Sick of my filler laying all over so I drew this up really quick and went to cut it out on some .040 aluminum. Stupid me forgot about the plastic sheet on the back. OOPs. Figured I would save the aluminum as it started to warp quickly anyway so grabbed some 14g mild steel. Cut some out and the holes were a hair too small. And trying to bend these tabs on my harbor freight hand brake wasn't happening. So third time is a charm. Made the holes bigger. PVC was 1.31 and I made the holes 1.40 and it fits beautifully. Cut them on the cnc, ground them down, cut some relief slots to make bending easier. Drilled some holes, test fit. Had to put a piece of wood up on the wall to cover the insulation hanging all over the place. Oops had to go back and find room for my dragon picture. Well it took a lot longer than it should of, but whatever it's done, it works, I like it. I need more pvc and now need to spit out some labels.I probably should of ummm ya counted how many types of filler I have because it's a lot more than what I made room for.Next project now that I have some free time is to figure out how to quiet down my 29 gallon harbor freight compressor. I swear it's twice as loud as it was when it was brand new.Torchmate 2x2 CNC with Flashcut CNC controlsHypertherm Powermax45 Esab ET220i Razorweld 195 MigRazorweld 200ac/dc TigTormach 770, Tormach xstechRazorweld, Vipercut/Vipermig, SSC Foot Pedal Dealer

Reply:I think I have room to add some more but hate to cover up the dragon.
