Reply:I went to the AWS Forum and typed "rolling the rack" in the search. This is some of what I got. Hope it helps.http://www.aws.org/cgi-bin/mwf/forum...ime&order=deschttp://www.aws.org/cgi-bin/mwf/topic...g%20the%20rackOnly when the last tree has died and the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realize we cannot eat money. -Cree Indian ProverbSA 200 LincolnVictor Torches
Reply:When you are rolling your brush racks, you are basically loosening the bolts front and rear and adjusting them for a hotter weld. Most pipeliner machines (sa200) I set the racks with a piece of aluminum with a machined radius dimention of the coummutator. I usally fabricate my own racks and stagger them with the 1/2" and 5/8" brushes. All my machines burn awesome.
Reply:Oh you need to wet seat your brushes. Try not using the commutater stone
Reply:Thermalfusioneng. you're going to tell us something like that and NOT include photos?? How rude! Only when the last tree has died and the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realize we cannot eat money. -Cree Indian ProverbSA 200 LincolnVictor Torches
Reply:Its easier than you think you really don't need pictures. You just need to get into your machine remove the brush cover you will see the brushes and they are sitting in the brush rack. One bolt in the front one bolt in the back. Just loosen do not remove, usually a very small adjustment will do. I am pretty firm on wet seating your new brushes. After about 6 hours wet seating your new brushes blow it out dry, try to weld. Photos, you must want to see my version of the brush holders, right?______________________SA 200's lincolns SA250's lincolnsSAE400's lincolnsinvertec's v205tinvertect's v311tThe Other Redpowcon smt's 400powcon's smt's350powcon's st 300'sln7gma'sln25'sand a gang load of custom built welders
