Picture's of my shorthood?

The hood on this machine is about 10 inch's shorter then my Redface,is this a shorthood?  SR# 203085  Code 1123  SA-200I see so far,1 wire from the exciter almost chewed in half.I hope that's the worst of it.It came with 2 50ft cable's but they are aluminum.For now I just wanted to get rid of the smell from this machine,I am still working on the other machine. Reply:$200.00 + $100.00 to rent a truck to get it.I own a Jeep and U Haul will not rent a trailer to a soft top.Otherwise,it would have been $15.00 for the trailer.

Reply:Your shorty is the same as mine. You lucked out in getting the tank with the small filler cap. Welders collecting these machines pay high dollar for those. Especially for the shorty's with a starter in the 5 o'clock position and have the original small air cleaner. The hand crank models are fun and have a nostalgia kinda thing going on. I still use the restored units in the field. My old welders weld better than my new equipment. Stuff back then was made to last and repair easily. No corner cutting, it was all four square.
