I have one of these Dewalt miter saw stand http://www.homedepot.com/DEWALT/h_d1...&storeId=10051that i use with my wood saw. I think it does a good job holding the saw and wood. It is just sitting in the corner gathering dust. All i would need to get is a new set of mounting brackets for my Milwaukee 6190-20. Has anyone tried it or something like it with a dry cut saw?

Reply:I have the Delta saw stand that I am going to mount mine on. I had a cheap mitre saw stand from Harbor Freight that it was mounted on. I had to take a peice of ply wood and sit the saw on it because it was a little longer than the table on the HF stand. I bolted through the saw, wood and stand on the front and bolted the saw to the ply wood on the back which was hanging over about 4 in. I bolted the plywood to the back side of the table on the stand. Worked very well but was a little to lite in design plus I got the Delta stand at a very good price.
