Well all, I made my long road trip to the midwest and got my near new (30 minutes of use over a year) and new to me Miller Trailblazer 325.As some of you know I have been all over on trying to decide on one then find one but at last I am good to go.  BONUS!!!!! Upon arriving I came to find out that it also had the excel power option and he also had a the jumper cable setup still in the factory wrap.  He did not know about or advertise this feature since it was a gift to him by his seed rep and was not a machine that he researched and shopped for.  I did have an o poo sinking gut moment when I got it home thought as I had not tested the Excel circuit while there and that circuit was dead.  I was not super freaked out as it has 2 years of warranty left but was a bit bummed.  I researched the manual and found out that there is a switch under the side panel just behind the main front baffle that was in the off position.  I am hoping and assuming that it was never overloaded or had an issue the 15 minutes he used it but rather someone at the factory bumped it...It sticks out there a long ways and could be easily tripped if someone ran their hand across it.  I called in and he confirmed (and I believe him) that all he had run on it was some lights and he was pretty sure he did not use the "blue" plugs.  I closed the thing back up and ran a bunch of crap on that circuit for some time cycling things on and off and it ran fine the whole time.  The excel thing is super ...running my high amperage tools at an idle, nice and quiet.  Thanks everyone for all the help in getting me to this point..Now go over to my other post and help me with some hints on my first project in building a welding table

Reply:The excel didn't work on my 325 when it showed up on my door step brand new. I called miller. The guy said its a common problem that in shipment things get bumped around and it gets tripped.  So don't worry about it.   Ul love the excel man. Reply:Did I do that right?  I know the welder is a little dark but it goes well with the BRONCO sunsetWhen I am resizing the original image on my computer what size am I shooting for, the first couple times I edited it I was told it was too big and the limit was 150kb but that picture is 200....however I see many others that are a lot larger.Last edited by TDog78; 03-08-2016 at 08:44 PM.
Reply:Get that strap off there before you wreck the finish! Machine looks great!
Reply:Is it EFI or carb?  Make sure not to overfill the fuel tank and you'll a good machine for years to come. If you accidently overfill it, get a siphon pump and get the excess gas out before you run it. The last thing you want is to have to rebuild or replace the engine because the carb flooded and washed the cylinders where it burns oil like it's going out of style.
