Reply:Neat-O!...zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
Reply:Yeh fat rears would look cool but I think it might catch on things (table legs human legs) besides I didn't have any layin around. The front wheels came off an old golf caddy.Miller trailblazer301gLincoln sa200Miller251Miller spectrum 625Victor oxy-acc2002 Chevy duramax 3500 dually 4x4
Reply:You bring backl my kid days. My father gave me a little red wagon and I promptly started trying to figure out how I was going to get a pair of runners on the front and Mickey Thompson M50-15s on the read. Never happened but I still have the drawing here somewhere on that wide ruled notebook paper I was supposed to be practicing my verb conjugation on!!! for school your little red wagon!

Reply:Yeah baby. Making one of these is the reason I started welding. Two revisions in, I'm still not happy with mine. If I were to abandon the desire to give it a proper steering setup with turnbuckles and what not I could get it done, but I really want it to turn sharp and have a small footprint. Yours looks great though!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Reply:I was gonna make a nice steering but ended up flipping the original over for now. I don't have much time to put on it before we go to Daytona.Cableguy344, feel free to post pics of your granddaughters wagon! Here's a pic of a sailboat my son wanted to make. He cut all of it with a hacksaw and welded it with my miller 251 mig. I have video of him welding but I'm not sure how to load it from my email.Miller trailblazer301gLincoln sa200Miller251Miller spectrum 625Victor oxy-acc2002 Chevy duramax 3500 dually 4x4

Reply:I found this thread and thought I'd share my daughters wagon Im building for her. It started out as a stock 1970's Radio Flyer. The only original parts I used are the body and wheels. I had a handle I quick used till I scrapped that idea and made a totally custom one off handle. The handle is a 38" piece of 3/8" thick steel waterjet cut out into, SKYLAR, her name. The pulling handle is made from 2 valves out of a Lexus is300 motor. The "a-arms" are Mitsubishi Evo connecting rods. It also has pink led under glow lights that are run from two 9v batteries. They're turned on and off by a mini switch. I took, I think or was 1/2" steel rod and made my own threads to install spiked lug nuts to keep the wheels on. I also used the round stock and made my steering links with heim joint ends. Her licence plate has 1/8" steel backing to drag on uneven roads and sidewalks. That gets everyone looking real quick when it drags on the ground! It's painted flat black with bubble gum pink decals that are an exact match to the original radio flyer. I'm in the process of making a cooler to hold 4 juice boxes and 1 Monster Energy can. sent from my Wj Attached Images
