What amp circuit breaker for Precision Tig 185?

Hi,I'm a proud owner of a previously owned Precision Tig 185.I'm planning to use it in my home shop in California.  Can somebody please tell me the recommended size circuit breaker?  I plan to use it in the Single Phase mode.The manual show 35A/32A Effective and 70A/64A Maximum.I'm not sure if this means that I can wire it to a 35A circuit or 70A circuit breaker.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks,RodSan Francisco
Reply:The maximum is your inrush current that can trip a breaker, depending upon your actual maximum setting. The site can also provide you with additional guidance as to set up and operation.
