I got tired of carrying my welder around but now that I bought a gas bottle on craigslist I made this weld cart not much of a fabricator but it works, any ideas on modifying it better? Attached Images

Reply:Looks good to me. Put some expanded metal over that bottom frame and you have a nice shelf to put accessories on.GraysOrnamentalIron.com
Reply:That works, better then carrying it around. Here's the welding cart post if you want to view it. http://weldingweb.com/vbb/showthread.php...ead-Post-Em-Up!!The expanded metal shelf is good or even a piece of sheet metal. That could hold a 5 gallon bucket with goodies in it. Maybe some short hooks for a combination wrench that fits the regulator, hammer, a swanson speed square, framing square, cup holder [ for soapstone, scriber, markers, pencils ], or even a drink holder. As you use it you'll find out what you want to add for convenience. You may decide to add another shelf at the bottom too. There never is enough flat area for goodies. Depending on project size your table could full and then you'll be using the cart for the tools and grinders.
Reply:Looks pretty good.
Reply:That'll do
Reply:In addition to the above suggestions, a cord wrap for a heavy duty extension cord and a place to hang your hood.
