SA 200 no spark

A bud of mine just picked up an old sa200 today at auction, needs a fair amount of work. First of there is no spark....Coil maybe? Also any ideas on where to get parts for this beast. I have heard of Bills welder repair. Anywhere else anyone know of.

Reply:serial and code #s on plate are hard to read. I will try to get them from another location I saw listed in another post.
Reply:The first thing I would check is simple and the cost is nil.Check the integrity of the ignition switch by disconnecting the kill wire to the magneto.  It you get spark now, change the switch.Don't worry, if it starts you can shut it off by closing the fuel petcock and running the carburetor dry.Gordie -- "I believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant."
