.025 ER70S-6 wire?

I can't find 12lbs spool of .025 wire anywhere - only .023. Can I run this with my .025 drive roll? I can't even find a .023 drive roll for my Lincoln Weld Pak 140.
Reply:0.023 and 0.025 are for all practical purposes the SAME.  Same welding parameters, same drive rolls on the machine.  The best laid schemes ... Gang oft agley ...
Reply:Well that makes things easy. I'll use the same tips/drive roll for .023 and .025. I'm trying to find a store near me that sells 12lbs of either. I finally found a online store that sells .025 but I would have to pay in shipping equals the cost of a 2lbs roll.Thanks
Reply:Mutant If you go to the top left and add your location to your User CP, we'd all know roughly where you are located. Then someone in your area might be able to offer up a suggestion as to who in your area might carry that wire in stock..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Reply:Thanks for the heads up DSW. I went ahead and filled it out. I actually found a welding supply store 2 blocks from where I work and they have 11lbs spools of .025 for $44 bucks. Probably not a bad deal for NYC. Never thought to look in Manhattan for supplies.
