I changed my Econotig from 460VAC to 240 so the 460V Transformer is for sale. Took me less than one hour to do the swap. This is a great swap if you have 460 V available as it's much more efficient. The new transformer was over $700 so I'm selling the old one for $200 !I think the shipping weight is around 90 lbs! and was shipped to me by LTL truck. I'm in Mint Hill NC (near Charlotte). Reply:Maybe try the Practical Machinist forums? They are serious power conversion and welder geeks.Dave Kamp does some interesting conversion work and might have an interesting use for it.
