lotos ct520d warning light

I had a post up acouple weeks ago about converting tig to stick.... i had a eastwood 175mig that blew and they were going to replace it with the eastwood tig200dc no cost. well they accidentally refunded me the money and they were very apologetic about the whole ordeal so i gotta say they do have great customer service. but anyways now im looking around for a tig/stick machine and found this on craigslist. i have a $500 budget here and the guy with the lotos is asking $350 maybe get him down alittle. was also looking at a everlast 160sth i can buy new with warranty for around $440. http://baltimore.craigslist.org/tls/4795972676.htmlThe warning light comes on when switched to plasma cutting or MMA mode, I have never used or tested the TIG mode but the light is not coming on if its on this setting when turned on. I had a problem before with the warning light coming on but it went away on its own and worked fine for several months. The light may go away again on its own or may have something loose inside or may need to be serviced. Also has an intermittent warning light problem, not sure if something is loose or needs to be serviced. I've used this at it's highest setting plasma cutting for 9 hrs straight without problem. Stick welds stainless steel and aluminum great. I haven't used the TIG setting yet.
