i have found a early 1980's? lincoln weldanpower 225ac/210dc welder for sale for $175, the guy says it need a flywheel ring gear, fly wheel, starter, carb linkage all just engine parts. i was wondering how much you all would think those items would be to replace and if this was a good deal. oh also disregard my last post about the lotos.
Reply:Bought one a couple years for $100, I ended up finding everything I needed for it on ebay and it turned out to be a hell of a welder. I sold it to buy a milling machine and I dearly miss it . You might be looking at $200+ to get all that plus a carb kit isn't a bad idea, You can find parts on ebay. Expect to put some work into it and if not up to the task then pass on it.
