Few pics of a 12' Sno Bandit pusher i repaired last week.As many of you know we getting pounded with snow here in Mass.I,m assuming the operator was stacking with this pusher. Thus spreading the sq tubes that mount it to the loader which is a Komatsu WA200.The factory welded two 1/4"plates to make these gussets which i thought was pretty cheap. They welded them to the center of the u channel they braked up instead of on the corners which is stronger. It was caving in the bracing.I torched it used the loader to press down on the top tubes which were bent upward. Then put a 12" pad plate in and added gussets. This was done as you can see in the parking lot. What you can't see is it,s about 12deg.f with a steady wind chill.Just tested in another 12" storm day after this. Reply:Nice fix Billy. Yeah, that is pretty cheezy the way they did that. I happen to love working on box plow's. Easy work and always needed. Start to finish, how long did this repair take? I always think it took too long, after I'm done. But, it's amazing how long it takes me to do an, "it'll only take you 1/2 hour", job!!!"Where's Stick man????????" - 7A749"SHHHHHH!! I sent him over to snag that MIC-4 while tbone wasn't looking!" - duaneb55"I have bought a few of Tbone's things unlike Stick-Man who helps himself" - TozziWelding"Stick-man"
