hello. I have some questions.1. when the electrodes heats, or need to wait when they cool? in school when I picked up a cold, he does not go out welding electrodes. But pick up when he starts to warm electrode cool off, or electric arc starts to spin on all sides. It should be?2. is this good PF (vertical weld)? 3. Maybe you have links for Mag welding postions? I tryd once with mag it's easy, but i think i dont have right movements. 4. I will start aluminium tig welding and i didint find any video with aluminium extension, becouse i will need it a lot, and i want to find how to do that.  Sorry my grammar is very bad. Attached Images
