Does anyone know how to wire a LN7 to a cp250ts

I'v got a Lincoln LN7 and I'm trying to run it on a Miller cp250ts power supply. Been going over diagrams a good part of the day and cant seem to strike an arc, got it feeding but no fire.Any help I can get would be great.Kirk
