I have a old Airco 2DCR-S224 welder. The SN# H530770. I am looking at a high frequency arc stabalizer for running TIG. Is there any way to run the TIG setup on my Airco welder? Right now it has a Airco Aircomatic AHF-T wirefeeder hooked up to it. I also have the aluminum spool gun for it too. I am not too keen on electronics and what not. From my understanding the welder is a arc welder with options for MIG which I have and again from my understanding I should be able to hook up the arc stabilizer to run TIG as well. I do not do any stick welding at all...don't like it, don't understand it and don't want to. The set up I am getting is a old Miller AC welder that comes with the DC converter and the arc stabilizer which are all seperate pieces. So with that being said I SHOULD have everything to make my Airco welder do MIG and TIG.Right??????????
