Reply:Thanks for posting.  I seen your other post so I had an idea.  I drilled my hinge pins and installed keepers, appears you do not need them. Reply:If you use this style latch you may want to add these bars like I did on my trailer. Because the load on the gate going down the road caused one to break and bent the other one and my gate fell on the road.
