What is this machine worth?

Time to replace one of the welding machines in the shop, and am selling the old one (Still works, just stepping up to a larger machine). The company policy is to offer gear for sale to employees first, and then sell to general public if no one is interested. Machine I am selling is a Hobart Handler 150, with mig gun but not regulator or tank. What would be a fair price to start with for this machine?Thanks
