Reply:Looks like FCAW to me. Could be you gas or voltage settings. If its stick, shorten your arc length and/or turn down your heat. And practice more.

Reply:Looks to me a dual shield fluxcore without shielding gas or the gas getting blown away by wind.

Reply:I can't see the attachments for some reason, but if it's Flux core, and you are seeing worm holes and tracks in the metal itself too, it could be dirty wire. Even brand new rolls have that problem a lot when you first start using it for some reason. I always yank about the first 20ft of wire off a new roll whenever I change it out.
